How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan, set up your company in a couple of minutes, and use it free for 14 days. Switch plans or cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Is my team being tracked all day?
No. Cloq-it never records a trail of where anyone goes. If you use automatic clock-in or reminders, the phone only notices arriving at and leaving your job sites. If you only allow clock-ins on site, location is checked at the moment someone taps Clock in, and that's it. You can also leave location off entirely. Anyone can turn location off in their phone settings, and signing out stops it.
What if someone's phone has no signal on site?
Clock-ins and clock-outs are saved on the phone with the right time, and sent as soon as there's a connection. Nothing is lost and nothing is counted twice.
Can someone fake their location?
No. Cloq-it spots fake-location apps and won't accept clock-ins from them. Every on-site clock-in is double-checked on our side too, so there's no way around it.
Which phones does it work on?
Cloq-it works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. Your team can add it to their home screen like an app. The iPhone app, which adds automatic clock-in when people arrive at a job site, is coming to the App Store, with Android after that.
Can office staff and field crews follow different rules?
Yes. Let office staff clock in from anywhere while your field team clocks in on site. Everyone stays on one company account and one bill.
How does the 3-seat minimum work?
Every plan bills for at least 3 people. A team of 2 pays for 3; a team of 12 pays for 12. Add or remove people whenever you like, and the next bill adjusts.
Can I bring my history from another time app?
Yes. Import your people, jobs and past timesheets from Excel or CSV for free. Send us the file if you'd like a hand.
What if we want to leave?
Download everything (people, jobs, hours, time off, expenses) to Excel or CSV, any day. No exit fees.
